The Indy 500 event went very well by God's grace. 19 evangelists from Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Missouri, and Minnesota participated in preaching, sign-holding, and tract distribution for 3 days of ministry.

The Indy 500 team: Day 2

The Indy 500 team: Day 3

We could have easily used 100 preachers on Sunday to reach all the fans. Dr. John Rataczak and Pastor Judah Marx led our teaching times and Judah, Steven, and myself led a group of three preaching teams downtown and at the race track.

We had some good one-on-ones, a few hecklers, and several cults were present including the Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh-Day Adventists, and black Hebrew Israelites. The latter group approached one of our team members with a knife and cut the microphone cord connected to our preaching amp. Thankfully no one was hurt.

Otherwise, we found folks to be very receptive, no issues with law enforcement, and we give glory to God for the work He did in us and through us to crowds of 330,000.
