End of year report from Grace and Truth Evangelism

To the saints,

I believe that we are living in the end times as specified in the Bible. Because of that, my desire is to try and reach even more people this coming year than we did last year. With the various outreaches, our goal is to have half a million people hear the gospel. My prayer is that the Holy Spirit will prepare hearts to receive the gospel, and that they will hear the truth from us.

01/02 - Another profitable day.  The rain stopped, the cold wind blew, and Jesse and Alfred came by and heard the gospel.  After parking his bicycle, Jesse listened to the open air preaching and then came over to talk about Jesus. Alfred came over to receive a bible and to hear about salvation.  The police officer directing traffic came over to say that he was listening to the preaching. Over 30 bibles and 30 gospel tracts were distributed.  To God be the glory. David

12/27 - Preached about Lawlessness.  Pray for people who hear the message that they may receive the gospel and be saved from their sins before it is too late.

11/25 - Last night in New Orleans the Saints were playing the Bills. At the corner of Garot and Loyola streets I was preaching that we needed a reminder of our history.
In Joshua 4 a pillar of 12 stones were set up as a reminder that God is our provider
400 years ago the Pilgrims celebrated the first Thanksgiving in our country. They praised God  as their provider.
Presidents George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Roosevelt and George Bush all gave praise to God as our provider in their Thanksgiving addresses.
And then I was preaching on Psalm 100.
A stack of gospel tracts was given out as well as bibles.
Many people thanked me as I was preaching. However, a negative comment was made that it was the white man who stole the American Indians land.
"It was a good thing that the white man came, because they also brought with them the knowledge of Jesus Christ and taught the Indians the true God and how to be saved from their sins."
When the sun went down the people became a little bit more rowdy and obnoxious.
Next Saints game is next Thursday night.

11/7 - vs Atlanta Falcons

10/31 - Today I was able to distribute approximately 40 gospel tracts "You must be born again" and 9 bibles to the spectators of the New Orleans Saints and Buccaneers game. 

The open air preaching was on deception in and outside of the church. The history of Halloween was taught along with the customs of many countries commemorating the day of the dead. 

Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy. With many people wearing costumes, the sermon was spot on, because one day we are all going to die. Most people think they are going to heaven when they die, but they have been deceived. 

We all need a wake up call.

10/3 - Preaching the good news of the Gospel!

Report from David:  Open air preaching on The Sign of the Times and You Must Be Born Again.

Had one person shake my hand and tell me "God Bless You." Another game me a hug, and still others gave fist bumps. One man tapped my elbow to give our ministry an offering. Others stood on the street corner and listened to the entire sermon.

And then we had some jeers and curses, blasphemous comments, filthy hand gestures, and other nastiness.

"Don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God....... And such were some of you."

These are the people that we are trying to reach because at one time we were just like them... God haters.
