What is happening


SFOI is planning, Lord willing, to reach out at various colleges in the New England region (New England is a northeastern region of the United States comprising the states of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island).


There will be preaching at the various college campuses from September 7 - 11, '26 and SFOI is looking for 7 evangelists to join the team. 


If you are a present open air Gospel preacher or want to begin, pray about joining the Team for 5 days of prayer, fellowship and ministry to college students.


If you can't attend "Sponsor An Evangelist" (donate the fee) for someone to go in your stead: SAE.

So many people want prayer but before we can pray for their life we need to pray the Lord changes their hearts. Please pray for Angel

It's best to read the New Testament before the Old Testament because once you go back and read the old, you will see Jesus as the fulfillment of the old. Jesus is Lord, Savior, and King.

So many students pass by indifferent BUT some will stop and hear the gospel message. Pray this young lady trusts alone in Jesus for salvation!




So many people think baptism initiates you into Christianity, but baptism should only follow trusting in Christ as Savior. Pray he sees his need to truly trust in Christ!




Brown University - This young man was willing to dialogue and hear the claims of Christianity. Pray the Lord continues to work in his heart and eventually grants him repentance and faith unto salvation.




I love talking to young college students who are thinking of the deep things of life. Thankfully the Bible has answers and gives hope to those who don't yet know how to be ready!


COLLEGE EVANGELISM AT AN IVY LEAGUE SCHOOL

As some of my friends here know, I went up to some of the most prestigious colleges in the United States this past week, with some friends and had some amazing conversations with college students who had really good questions.

This conversation is over 30 minutes long. It's not edited, and these are some of their questions. It's long, but if you're going to have answers for people, you need to know what the bible says about these hard questions.

I was utterly impressed with their engagement and their willingness to ask hard questions and wait for answers that I gave from the Bible. There were no arguments or elevated, heated moments, but just dialogue.

Last but not least, just remember that these are the spur of the moment, questions and comments. Anyone can stay home and think through these questions more fully for hours and come up with a more fully developed answer, but this is what evangelism on the college campus can look like when you are looking to engage people and not yell at them and tell them that they are sinful and going to hell.


 These two students asked.

1- Were human beings made to be sinful?

2- When you accept Jesus Christ into your life is continuing to sin acceptable?

3- Say a young person is born into a muslim family. How does God give them space to accept Jesus?

4- Is it possible for some people who don't accept Jesus to go to heaven?

5- What about people who accept Jesus at the end of their life? If they only accept him to escape hell, is that real faith?

6- Is it beneficial for some people to be less inclined to trust Jesus early in their life if they have more time?

7- Do you spend time with people who don't know Jesus?

8- Do you have respect for people in other religions who don't trust Jesus?


Believe God was really working in this young lady Aubrey.  Thankful for the Göspel conversation.  Praying she is trusting in Christ alone.  This was at the Wharf district in Newport RI.

Thankful to preach the glorious gospel of Christ in the New England Boston/Providence RI area last week with some dear brothers in Christ.

The location is part of Harvard Square - an amazing spot to preach the Gospel. Here is a constant flow of students.
