The SFOI Legal Defense Fund is designed to preserve and protect evangelists' free speech rights in traditional public forums according to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
The SFOI Legal Defense Fund had three primary objectives:
- First, to directly and specifically help SFOI evangelists as they work around major sporting events, concerts and festivals.
- Second, to assist other evangelists likewise working in the public square.
- Third, contribute to the overall Free Speech work in the US.
