SFOI 1000 - Herewith the schedule for the upcoming home game outreaches (Sep 22-28), as well as some feedback from evangelists that reached out last week (Sep 15-21)

Herewith feedback from the evangelists who reached out the past week (Sep 15-21):

Mike and I were out at Canvas Stadium for the CSU Rams v the USTA Roadrunners game. I arrived about 5 pm and stayed until about 8:30 pm. Mike had to leave a bit earlier. We were able to preach to the fans for a good portion of that time, leading up to kickoff at 7:30 pm. Our message was about Christ suffering for us so that we would not have to be afraid or troubled when we are called to suffer for righteousness' sake. 1 Peter 3:13 "Who will harm you if you are devoted to doing good?" The answer is that no one can ultimately harm you in that case. Even if you are persecuted for Christ, you are blessed. We pointed out that CK, as someone who strove to interact with people with gentleness and respect as he defended the reason for the hope he had in Christ, was and is a great example of that truth. After the preaching, there were about 5 or 6 students that engaged me in conversation for about 45 minutes. It was a great opportunity. I praise God that my brother Mike could join me and I was blessed by his preaching! Join us if you can! Next home game is on Sep 27th.
Gerry Collins - Bakersfield Memorial Stadium

Though by myself again this week I had a wonderful time passing out many tracks this week. Several Christian’s there also thanks me for being at the game. Had a great conversation with one particular individual who I thought at first was a heckler but he ended up being a seeker and he was very open to the message of the gospel. Also invited him to my church.

Praise the LORD, the Gospel Outreach at the Minnesota Vikings game yesterday went very well. The Preaching of the Gospel was not hindered. Approximately 70,000 football fans heard the Gospel being preached. Praise GOD, many Christians were encouraged by hearing the Gospel being preached in public. TO GOD ALONE BE THE GLORY!!!

Today was the University of Memphis vs Arkansas Football Game. Proclaimed the word of The Lord from Mark 7:31-37, The Miracle of Hearing: Reawakening Our Spiritual Senses. Mike & Jenna Fergus had many conversations while I preached. Kobe, a Gen Z student who attends Bellevue Baptist Church, Dr Adrian Rogers' former church, walked up, thanked me and asked if he could pray over me. I said yes. I wish you could have heard Kobe's prayer as well as the look on passersby faces. They have moved the Pre Game Band Concert to the area that I preached at the first game. We moved to the other side of the street, being Faithful Witnesses to the calling of proclaiming The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Many heard the word, praying the Lord will open their ears, eyes, mind, souls while giving them understanding and calling them to Himself. That I will be faithful for each home game to proclaim His Gospel. Many came by thanking us for being there. Need more prayer warriors, those willing to have gospel conversations as people pass by & for others who would be willing to proclaim the word during pregame activities.

Two hours of preaching today at Georgia Tech. A smaller crowd and I met a few Christians today going today to the game. Only one driver shouted at me asking to talk to God to get a different president, then drove off. I concluded once it started raining hard. Glory to God!

The crowd wasn’t as big for this week, but we were still in an area of good foot traffic, and we ended up splitting the group to cover more ground after about 25 minutes. There was a lot of positive feedback from passerby’s, but we didn’t have as many conversations as last week. We did have a few good ones though, and Grayson, John and Jim Shaw preached messages in the open air.
