A Church-planting family Needs Your Help

Peter Sherwood and his family are currently involved in starting a church plant in the Midlands(Worcestershire) area of the UK. The plant is connected to One:16 Fortworth Texas (led by Jeff Rose and Shaun Blakenship) and is part of a wider One:16 network of Reformed Baptist Churches based across various locations within the US and also Taiwan.

Although currently just a small body of believers in the UK, they seek to be a Biblically minded church, prayerfully meeting together for Christ-centred worship and hearing from God's Word. Peter seeks to remain faithful to the Lord's Great Commission, growing in the knowledge of God and seeking to make Him known, keeping a strong evangelistic emphasis (venturing out often into the highways and hedges with the Gospel to reach out to the lost), close to their church's location. Serving together and in the work of making disciples for the glory of Christ alone and the good of His people.

The Lord has put it on Jeff Rose’s heart from Jeremiah Cry Ministries, to initiate a crowd fundraising event in order to support Peter and his family in setting up a home. Currently, an additional $4,000-$5,000 is needed to finish off the heating system for the house.
